Christopher Dunn
Christopher joined Bosch in January 2009 as an Intrusion and Fire Technical Support Specialist. Prior to joining the Training Department, he served as an Inside Sales Representative for the Access Easy Controller 2.1 product, where he developed and provided web seminars to Bosch delears. He has more than 5 years experience working with customers, as well as a strong technical understanding of Intrusion, Fire, and Access Control. Currently, Christopher is the Technical Trainer for the Intrusion and Fire product lines in the Southeast.

Bobby Joaquin
Bobby joined Bosch in 2011as a Video Solutions Technical Trainer. He has over 15 years of technical training experience. Prior to joining Bosch, Bobby worked in the photo industry in both a sales and technical training capacity. Most recently, he was a Regional Trainer on the West Coast for Eastman Kodak. Bobby has a degree in Marketing from De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines.
Dean Kugler
Dean’s experience in the security industry spans three decades. He began his career installing and servicing alarm systems and joined Bosch in 1990, initially as a technical support technician in the Salinas, California office. Dean later specialized in intrusion and fire products and became a systems trainer for the Readykey product. Since 1998, Dean has served as a Bosch Technical Trainer for Intrusion and Fire products. Dean is a Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+).
Joe Lamontagne
Joe has been employed in the security industry for 36 years. For the past 18 years, he has worked for Bosch in a variety of roles within the training department. Joe currently is the Technical Trainer for the Intrusion and Fire product lines on the West Coast. He earned an M.A. in Sociology from Cal State Northridge as well as a California Secondary Teaching Credential. Joe is also a Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+).
Pete Marr 
Pete brings more than 20 years of security industry experience to the classroom. Over the years, he has had a variety of positions including installing and servicing Video Solutions, Intrusion, Fire and Access Control systems. Since joining Bosch in 1999, Pete has worked in Technical Support and Training and has trained customers on Intrusion, Fire, and Video Solutions products. In Pete’s current role, he specializes in the Video Solutions product line. Pete is a Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+).
Paul Meacham 
Paul started his career with Bosch as a Technical Support Specialist for Intrusion and Fire products. He joined the Customer Training Department in 2008 as an Intrusion, Fire, and Access Technical Trainer. Today, Paul trains primarily on our CCTV product line. Prior to joining Bosch, Paul worked in the Information Technology field providing network, server, and desktop support. He is A+ certified and has an A.S. in Liberal Arts and Science from Monroe Community College.
James Reynolds
James has worked in the security industry for over 14 years. During this time he has held a variety of positions including Technical Support, Training, Sales and Product Management. James joined Bosch in 2004 as an Access Control Technical Trainer responsible for training Bosch customers on basic entry control to full enterprise solutions for access control products. He is a Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+).
Dipal Shah
Bringing over 5 years of training experience, Dipal joined Bosch in 2007. She enjoys training and feels it is a wonderful opportunity to meet new people and share knowledge. Believing that knowledge is of no value unless shared with others, Dipal also works as an Instructional Designer for Bosch’s eLearning courses. Prior to joining Bosch Dipal worked in the electronic industry for over 15 years where she held a variety of positions, including Technical Support Specialist, Team Lead and other management positions. Dipal has a degree in Electronics from India and a Certificate in Business Management from Toronto.
