Bosch Introduces Cancellation Fee
As the demand for instructor-led training increases, Bosch is continually looking to maximize the number of participants in each of our scheduled courses in order to meet the needs of all of our customers. To help insure everyone who needs training has a chance to receive it, Bosch will soon introduce a fee for registrants who cancel with less than 10 business days notice.
Receiving advanced notice of cancellations will allow us to offer open spots to customers who are waitlisted and will help us more accurately track our customers’ training requirements.
Beginning with classes scheduled for July 2009, the cancellation policy is as follows:
|
Registrant cancels more than 10 business days in advance of training course |
No fee |
|
Registrant cancels less than 10 business days before training course |
$500 fee |
|
Registrant “no-shows” at training course |
$500 fee |
|
Registrant attends training |
No fee |
As part of this change, customers registering for courses beginning July 1, 2009, will be required to provide credit card information or a purchase order number from their company. Once this information is received, participation in the course will be confirmed.
Each month, check here for announcements about new course offerings, instructors, and programs that will impact your technical training.
